Dr. Mahseredjian, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Rebecca Mahseredjian is a family physician specializing in obesity medicine, hormonal health, and longevity. She holds certifications as a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine (DABOM). She is also the new medical director of Clinique One Skin.
Dr. Mahseredjian completed her medical degree and family medicine residency at Université de Montréal, and currently practices as a family physician in Laval since 2019. Her approach centers on evidence-based, patient-first care. She sees her role as a guide, not an authority, helping patients understand what’s actually happening in their bodies rather than handing down instructions. Her practice is built around four foundational pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management, with particular focus on metabolic health, hormonal balance, and healthy aging.
Alongside her sister and clinical partner, Dr. Vanessa Mahseredjian, PharmD, she co-created a health and longevity program and continues to expand her practice’s approach to whole-person, preventive care.

Pharmacist
Dr. Vanessa Mahseredjian, PharmD is a pharmacist with a clinical focus on metabolic health, hormonal health, and obesity management. She co-founded a health and longevity program alongside her sister, Dr. Rebecca Mahseredjian, MD, bringing a pharmacist’s depth of knowledge in medication management to a collaborative, whole-person model of care. Together with her sister, they explore the science of aging well, and are committed to a model of care that treats the whole person, inside and out.
Dr. Vanessa, PharmD’s work focuses on hormonal health and medication support — including hormone therapy and weight-loss medication where appropriate, alongside targeted supplementation — combined with behavioural health coaching for sustainable weight management. Through nutritional guidance, motivational interviewing, and ongoing patient support, she helps patients build lasting change rather than quick fixes.
Marie Coladonato

Marie Coladonato, RN, BSN, has dedicated her career to combining medical expertise with aesthetic artistry. Since becoming a certified aesthetic nurse in 2021, she has helped hundreds of clients achieve refreshed and confident results. Through her advanced training and years of clinical experience, she has developed a deep understanding of facial harmony, balance, and the subtle details that enhance natural beauty.
Marie believes aesthetic medicine should never change who you are, it should simply help you look like the best version of yourself. She is known for her conservative approach, prioritizing safety, education, and honest recommendations while creating personalized treatment plans for every client. Her philosophy is that the most beautiful results are often the ones no one can pinpoint, leaving clients looking naturally refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves.

Mona Yaminne is a Canadian-trained aesthetic specialist and professional laser technician with more than two decades of experience in medical and paramedical aesthetics. She has collaborated with dermatologists, gynecologists, and plastic surgeons throughout her career, refining her expertise in advanced aesthetic procedures and laser-based treatments.
As Aesthetic Technician at Clinique One Skin™, she brings extensive technical knowledge and a patient-centred approach to delivering safe, personalized care.

Gabrielle Gratton is a highly experienced aesthetic and laser technician with an extensive background in medical aesthetics. Having worked closely alongside dermatologists, she has developed advanced expertise in laser technologies, skin rejuvenation treatments, and personalized patient care.
